OK Magazine is reporting that Reggie Bush proposed to Kim Kardashian on New Years Eve. Kim and Reggie were together in Miami on Dec. 31, where Kim hosted Mansion’s Tanqueray and Ciroc New Year’s Bash in South Beach.
