David Duchovny Suing Over Claims Of Adultery

David Duchovny, X-Files and Californication star, is planning to sue over allegations made by the ‘Mail on Sunday’ newspaper for publishing a story about the affair with his Hungarian tennis instructor, Edit Pakay.

Duchovny’s attorney, Larry Stein, says there was nothing romantic between the two.
