Lindsey Lohan BANNED From Hotel For Dirty Needles

Shutters Hotel in Santa Monica has banned Lindsay Lohan from their hotel. Was there intravenous drug use involved? An anonymous source from the hotel alleges that a DIRTY NEEDLE was found in the room after Lindsey and Riley Giles stayed there!

“It was a pigpen. There was filth everywhere and the room stank of cigarette smoke. There was also a bloody syringe that someone left lying on the bedside table on a room service tray. Hotel security photographed it before calling someone to remove it because it was considered hazardous waste.”
