Lindsay Lohan and Sam Ronson are apparently ‘engaged to be engaged’ . Samantha Ronson bought Lindsey Lohan a commitment ring on Monday. Sources say the ring is a $22,000 Cartier diamond ring.
The source goes on to say, “Sam took Lindsay shopping to celebrate her 22nd birthday… It’s not an engagement ring, simply a token of her commitment.” Right!
