Poor ole Mel. First that whole DUI incident from a few years back, which he was mostly ovewr - and now this scandal, which just keeps getting worse and worse. Celebrity Gossip sites are buzzing with the latest gossip about a new alleged recording of Mel Gibson - where he supposedly tells Oksana Grigorieva, the mother of his children: “I will bury you in the rose garden.” Oy Vey. Poor, poor Mel.

Mel Gibson is apparently under investigation for allegations of possible domestic abuse, stemming from reports that the actor punched his girlfriend OKSANA GRIGORIEVA in the face at some point in the past.
“An investigation of domestic violence was launched by [Los Angeles Sheriff’s] Malibu/Lost Hills station detectives … involving actor Mel Gibson and his former girlfriend Oksana Grigorieva,” read a statement released Thursday. “The detective in charge of the investigation is currently gathering information regarding the allegations. Due to the investigation being preliminary in nature, no other information is available at this time.”

Lindsay Lohan begged and pleaded, but to no avail - she will be serving 90 days in jail followed by 90 days in rehab! Sucks for you, Lindsay!
TMZ reports:
The judge said there was a pattern of violations since Lindsay was placed on probation in 2007 following her plea bargain in her DUI case.
Lindsay broke down as she addressed the court, telling the judge, “I did the best I could.”

Paris Hilton was detained by South African police for what was originally thought to be a marijuana bust -0 but as Paris Hiltons reps were quick to point out, it was a friend of Paris’ who got busted with the weed!
Here’s what Paris said on Twitter about the incident:
“Hey guys, there’s a lot of crazy rumors going around. Just want you all to know the truth. Everything is completely fine. I was not charged or arrested, cause I didn’t do anything. I was assisting the police with the investigation and answering their questions. Everyone was super nice and friendly to me. I love South Africa! Such an amazing place, especially during The World Cup! Hope that clears everything up. Love you guys, thanks for your concern. Xoxo P”

Mel Gibson seems to have really stepped in it BIG time now! The actor has been accused of going on a curse-laden, racist, abusive rant against his ex - and it was all caught on tape!
Radar Online reports:
His abusive and disgusting rant was caught on audio tape and includes a wish that the mother of his infant daughter be “raped by a pack of [N-words]”
Then Mel went on to say, according to the Huffington Post:
“You’re an embarrassment to me. You look like a f***ing pig in heat, and if you get raped by a pack of n***ers, it will be your fault.”
“How dare you act like such a bitch when I have been so f**king nice.”
“I am going to come and burn the f**king house down… but you will blow me first.”
Mel Gibson’s camp has neither confirmed nor denied the incident caught on tape, but seriously, ouch.
