Are Paris Hilton And George Clooney Dating

In Touch and HollyScoop are reporting that Paris Hilton and George Clooney are having a little dating ‘thing’ and have been spotted out on dates getting close!

According to In Touch and Life & Style, George and Paris grabbed a bite to eat at Dan Tana’s in Hollywood recently.

They were joined by director Ridley Scott and Paris’ new BFF Brittany Flickinger, so chances are, it was just a work-related meeting. But why would George Clooney ever want to do a movie with Paris??? It seems like career suicide for him!

An eyewitness tells the magazine, “It was an odd group for a dinner party. It looked like a first date that they brought pals on to make it not look like a first date.”

“George couldn’t keep his eyes off Paris. She and George were deep in conversation at the bar and seemed to be enjoying their time together.

“They were laughing and smiling at each other throughout the night. Paris was flirting big time, and George was soaking it up…You could tell they were really into each other.”

The socialite spent Christmas and New Year single after she and the Good Charlotte rocker decided to end their nine-month long relationship, but she started out 2009 with a much-publicised date with one of the world’s most eligible bachelors.
However, Hilton admits romance stories are a little far fetched: “It was just a group of friends. I am very single.”
And she insists she’s still struggling to get over her split from Madden.
She tells HollyScoop.com, “He is one of my best friends and the sweetest guy I ever dated in my life. I really grew when I was with him. He made me really happy. Showed me what real, real friendship is.”
