Shia LaBeouf Has A Warrant Out For His Arrest

A warrant has been issued for the arrest of Shia LaBeouf star of such films as Disturbia and Transformers.
Shia LaBeouf received a ticket on February 18 in Burbank for unlawful smoking, a misdemeanor in the state of California. He was due to appear in court at 8:30 AM today, but neither he nor his lawyer showed up, so a $1,000 bench warrant was issued for Shia’s arrest at that time.
Shia was allegedly smoking on the sidewalk outside a shop called Skyblupink, a Hollywood gift store, when he was issued the citation.

I cannot believe he has been situated with an arrest for smoking! Perhaps its becoming against the law but people need to smoke for god sake! You feel a lot better after a cigarette and i believe its ridiculous to put a stop to it. Im with Shia! x
